Job Summary
Leading the recruitment efforts for technical teams, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will manage the entire hiring process for roles in Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, while developing sourcing strategies and building candidate relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruiting process for technical roles, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for specialized technical positions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and improve the hiring experience
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical hiring
- Experience in a SaaS or fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong sourcing skills with a proven ability to engage passive candidates
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to optimize hiring outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to develop subject-matter expertise in technical roles
