Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
Supporting recruiting efforts for active contracts and strategic talent pipelines, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will manage the candidate process from sourcing to submission, focusing on technical and IT roles while maintaining accurate records in the ATS.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical, IT, cybersecurity, and engineering positions
- Build and maintain pipelines for active requisitions and anticipated contract awards
- Provide market feedback and maintain accurate records of recruiting activities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience in federal government contracting recruiting
- Proven ability to independently source and submit qualified candidates
- Familiarity with DoD, DHS, VA, and/or Federal Civilian customers
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
