Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
Supporting a growing engineering organization, the remote Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and senior engineering roles across software and hardware teams, while also engaging in international hiring efforts primarily in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and senior engineering roles across software and hardware teams
- Partner closely with Engineering leaders to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for specialized engineering talent
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of technical recruiting experience for engineering roles in software and/or hardware
- Prior experience recruiting for satcom, telecom, aerospace, or defense engineering teams
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of engaging passive technical candidates
- Experience collaborating with technical hiring managers to navigate complex role requirements
- Familiarity with international recruiting, particularly in the UK
