Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter, the full-time remote position will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical professionals, focusing on sourcing, screening, and delivering candidates across various technical domains including cybersecurity and software development.
Key responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using recruitment platforms and tools
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including 2-3 years in technical recruiting
- Demonstrated experience in federal government contracting environments
- Strong understanding of technical terminology, including programming languages and cloud platforms
