Job Summary
Proactively sourcing candidates, the full-time remote Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process while enhancing the talent brand and community engagement within UTC-8 to UTC0 timezones.
Key responsibilities
- Build and implement a talent community strategy to attract high-caliber candidates
- Orchestrate the full-cycle recruiting process from applications to offers
- Continuously enhance recruiting infrastructure, including scoring rubrics and interview plans
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or relevant technical roles
- At least 2 years of in-house experience within a scaling startup environment
- Ability to develop unique and creative sourcing strategies for various roles
- Active engagement with engineering culture and developer communities
- Fluency in written and spoken English
