Seeking a high-ownership, full-cycle Contract Technical Recruiter to drive hiring for technical roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership, in a remote or Seattle-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive effective hiring strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technical environment
- Experience recruiting for software engineering roles, particularly in robotics or autonomy
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring decisions
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Ability to operate with high autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally
