Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition effort, the remote Technical Recruiter will manage recruiting for technical roles, engage with candidates, and participate in local networking events while being based in the Miami area.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit for technical roles across Engineering and other areas, guiding candidates through the full recruiting process
• Proactively source and engage high-quality engineering talent through various channels, including networking and events
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and maintain pipelines of talented engineers for current and future positions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical hiring
• Experience in sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines for technical roles
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong interest in technology and experience in fast-paced environments
• Must be based in the Miami area and willing to participate in local technology community events
