Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Technical Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and delivering a positive candidate experience in a remote environment based in Edmonton.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding for assigned roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop sourcing strategies
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, making hiring recommendations based on evaluations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in IT consulting organizations focused on software development
• Proven track record of managing high-volume recruiting for hard-to-fill roles
• Solid understanding of staffing, recruiting, and operations practices
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
