Job Summary

To support a key client's hiring needs, the full-time Virtual Talent Acquisition Partner Consultant (Technical) will manage the recruitment lifecycle, build stakeholder partnerships, and ensure the successful fulfillment of contingent workforce requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and support hiring managers throughout the requisition process from requisition to invoicing
• Consult with hiring managers to identify quality resources for assigned job categories and ensure compliance with program processes
• Build and optimize relationships with external suppliers to enhance supplier performance and adherence to contractual obligations

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher
• Minimum of 3 years of strong technical recruiting experience
• Ability to research and gather data to optimize recruitment resources
• Strong fluency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Self-motivated and team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
