Technical Recruiter
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter for a hybrid full-time position, who will manage the recruitment process for engineers in aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing, while collaborating with corporate leadership and the business development team.
Key responsibilities:
- Consult with corporate leadership to determine qualifications for open positions
- Utilize job boards and social media to source and screen qualified candidates
- Coordinate with the BD/Capture team to review and select candidates for client positions
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience recruiting engineers in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing
- Experience recruiting for multiple plant locations and working with hiring managers remotely
- Knowledge of ITAR, US person requirements, and the Secret clearance process
- Experience managing a junior recruiter or sourcer
- BS/MS in Human Resources Management or a related field
