Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, the full-time Founding Recruiter will proactively source senior talent across the US, Europe, and Latin America while ensuring a great candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end searches, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles
• Source and close top technical talent, building strong pipelines through various methods
• Navigate global hiring models, ensuring compliant and scalable practices while advising on market dynamics

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter with full-cycle hiring ownership
• Experience hiring for founding engineering positions at early-stage startups
• Demonstrated success in hiring for roles across the US, Europe, and Latin America
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
• Comfortable operating independently in a fractional or contract capacity
