Job Summary
Identifying and hiring strong technical talent, the full-time Technical Recruiter will source candidates across various engineering and AI roles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source and headhunt engineers across AI/ML, backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure disciplines
- Build targeted talent maps and conduct recruiter screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
- Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through interviews, offers, and closing
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with exposure to software engineering or technical hiring
- Experience in proactively sourcing candidates rather than relying on inbound applications
- Ability to understand technical profiles and assess relevant experience
- Strong ownership and willingness to learn quickly in technical domains
- Experience managing multiple searches and candidates simultaneously
