Identifying and hiring strong technical talent, the full-time remote Technical Recruiter will source engineers across various disciplines, build targeted talent maps, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Source and headhunt engineers in AI/ML, backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure roles
- Build targeted talent maps across relevant technology companies and technical communities
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process from outreach to closing
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with exposure to software engineering or technical hiring
- Experience proactively sourcing candidates rather than relying on inbound applications
- Ability to understand technical profiles and assess relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage passive candidates
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high hiring standards
