Job Summary
Owning end-to-end hiring processes for technical teams, the remote Technical Recruiter will manage searches across Engineering, Product, Data, and Security, partnering with leaders to build strong candidate pipelines and enhance recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical searches from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closure
- Partner with technical leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Build and engage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and creative outreach
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up
- Proven success in recruiting across Software Engineering, Product, Data, or Security functions
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of engaging passive technical candidates
- Experience managing searches end-to-end and collaborating with hiring managers
- Ability to utilize data and recruiting metrics to improve funnel performance
