Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter and People Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition processes, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews
• Oversee performance management and support professional development initiatives within the organization
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and manage employee engagement and support activities

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of total professional experience
• At least three years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth start-up environment
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with candidate engagement techniques
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and must be authorized to work in the U.S
