Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical DoD / Aerospace Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts within the DoD and Aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles within the DoD / Aerospace sector
• Recruit for both cleared and non-cleared positions across various technical disciplines
• Coordinate interviews, support offer development, and maintain accurate recruiting data

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Experience recruiting within the DoD and/or Aerospace industry
• Proven recruiting experience across manufacturing, software, engineering, and program/project management roles
• Hands-on experience recruiting candidates with Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI clearances
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
