Technical Recruiter (Federal Contracts)

Job Summary

To support United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) programs, the fully remote Technical Recruiter (Federal Contracts) will execute full lifecycle recruiting for specialized technical positions, manage high-volume proposal staffing, and ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle recruiting for USSOCOM-aligned technical positions and build pipelines of cleared candidates
• Translate SOCOM PWS/SOW requirements into effective recruiting strategies and assist in identifying key personnel for proposals
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations while managing job postings, candidate records, and recruiting metrics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of federal contracting technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting cleared personnel (Secret through TS/SCI)
• Experience in high-volume, surge recruiting environments
• Proposal lifecycle experience
• Familiarity with SOCOM labor categories is preferred
