Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Hardware) to join their recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a talent advisor for complex hiring across the RMS division
- Develop and optimize recruiting strategies to improve candidate management processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive hiring projects
Required Qualifications
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in divisional hiring
- Experience in startups, tech, or relevant hardware domains
- Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments with a focus on stakeholder alignment
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
