Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Hardware) to join their recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a talent advisor for complex hiring across the RMS division
  • Develop and optimize recruiting strategies to improve candidate management processes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive hiring projects
Required Qualifications
  • BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in divisional hiring
  • Experience in startups, tech, or relevant hardware domains
  • Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments with a focus on stakeholder alignment
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
