Job Summary
Leading full-cycle recruiting for hardware and aerospace roles, the remote Technical Recruiter II will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent while driving recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience on a 6-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hardware and aerospace-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
- Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through creative sourcing methods
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for hardware-focused roles
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with new challenges
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
