Job Summary

Leading full-cycle recruiting for hardware and aerospace roles, the remote Technical Recruiter II will partner with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent while driving recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience on a 6-month contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hardware and aerospace-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through creative sourcing methods
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for hardware-focused roles
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with new challenges
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
