Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles across various domains
• Partner with engineering leadership to define role profiles and understand team needs
• Build recruiting infrastructure including sourcing strategies and candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting software engineers in high-growth environments
• Deep domain knowledge in full stack engineering, autonomy, robotics, or field engineering
• Exceptional sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
• Strong technical literacy to discuss systems design and tech stacks
• Experience as a founding recruiter or building recruiting functions from scratch is a plus
