Technical Recruiter/Sourcer
Job Summary
To support an aggressive hiring plan, the contract Technical Recruiter/Sourcer will proactively source candidates for Software, Product, and QA roles while managing multiple searches remotely for approximately 30 hours per week over three months.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn and Boolean searches
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening while partnering with hiring managers to refine role requirements
- Track sourcing activity and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple open positions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in technology
- Demonstrated success in sourcing software engineers and other technical talent
- Experience managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Ability to work independently while remaining organized and responsive
