Job Summary

To support a growing People Operations team, the full-time contract Technical Recruiter - Texas will manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various technical and G&A roles while enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate top-of-funnel talent through various sourcing strategies and manage candidates throughout the interview process
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market feedback while continuously improving recruiting processes
• Conduct high-quality recruiter screens that evaluate talent and create enthusiasm for the organization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical talent
• Exceptional sourcing ability and strong interviewing skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new roles and hiring challenges
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• High degree of ownership, accountability, and personal standards
