Job Summary
To support a growing People Operations team, the full-time contract Technical Recruiter - Texas will manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various technical and G&A roles while enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Generate top-of-funnel talent through various sourcing strategies and manage candidates throughout the interview process
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market feedback while continuously improving recruiting processes
- Conduct high-quality recruiter screens that evaluate talent and create enthusiasm for the organization
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical talent
- Exceptional sourcing ability and strong interviewing skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new roles and hiring challenges
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and personal standards
