Technical Recruiter - VMS Focus

Job Summary

To support full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles in the utilities sector, the contract VMS-Focused Technical Recruiter will work remotely for 6 months, leveraging expertise in Vendor Management System processes, particularly FieldGlass, and BullHorn ATS to manage high-volume sourcing and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions in utilities, including various engineering and analyst roles
• Drive high-volume sourcing and submittals through VMS platforms, focusing on FieldGlass and BullHorn ATS
• Collaborate with offshore recruiting teams to ensure efficient candidate pipeline development and delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on VMS-driven recruiting
• Proven experience in the utilities industry or adjacent technical/engineering sectors
• Hands-on experience with FieldGlass VMS and BullHorn ATS
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Experience working effectively with offshore recruiting teams
