Job Summary
To support the national defense and intelligence community, the remote Technical Recruiter with Clearance will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical AI software candidates, collaborating with leadership to define hiring priorities and develop sourcing strategies in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for specialized roles in marketing, sales, engineering, AI/ML, and infrastructure
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to influence talent profiles and organizational design decisions
- Build proactive talent pipelines and improve recruiting workflows to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency
Required qualifications
- Significant experience recruiting for highly technical roles in engineering, AI/ML, or security
- Demonstrated ability to successfully close difficult searches in fast-paced environments
- Strong sourcing capabilities with a focus on building relationships with exceptional talent
- Experience working closely with technical stakeholders on role definition and candidate evaluation
