Job Summary

To support full-cycle hiring for cleared and technical programs, the remote Technical Recruiter with Security Clearance will manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers, and leverage AI-driven tools to attract and close top talent in a fast-paced GovCon environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies
• Source and engage candidates while managing candidate pipelines and interview processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a cleared environment
• Experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting performance
• Proficient in Greenhouse-driven structured workflows
• Highly organized with strong pipeline discipline
• Confident in managing multiple requisitions in a high-accountability environment
