Source Staff/Senior-level engineers (8+ years) with Ruby expertise and full-stack capabilities
Assess experience with Ruby, backend systems, and healthcare technology interest
Track candidates through the existing interview process using Lever ATS

Required Qualifications

3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of placing senior engineers
Portfolio of recent placements with success stories and metrics
Technical interview experience with an understanding of coding assessments
Independent contractor setup with own sourcing tools and LinkedIn access
ATS experience, comfortable working with Lever or similar platforms
