Job Summary

To support a busy Talent Acquisition team, the full-time Technical Recruiting Coordinator will engage in multi-channel sourcing, coordinate complex interview logistics, and manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies, all while working remotely on a contract basis through the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and engage talent across various channels for diverse roles and experience levels, building and maintaining candidate pipelines
  • Schedule high-volume interviews with precision and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, providing feedback and aligning on candidate quality and expectations
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition support roles
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and experience managing recruiting operations across multiple functions
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate high-volume interviews across various stakeholders and time zones
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong commitment to maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; a background in recruiting operations or process improvement is a plus
