Key Responsibilities

• Own sourcing infrastructure end-to-end, including outreach and booked interviews
• Build automated outbound strategies across various channels with personalized messaging
• Integrate and enhance recruiting data systems and tools for candidate evaluation and targeting

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a technical founder or hands-on recruiting experience with technical abilities
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, including APIs and event-driven systems
• Experience building workflows and tools beyond simple SaaS configuration
• Applied experience with large language models (LLMs) for evaluation and quality control
• Strong focus on high talent quality in AI and technical roles
