Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical GovCon Recruiting Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 360 talent recruitment services to key stakeholders and candidates
Manage a team of technical recruiters and their workloads
Execute and monitor talent recruitment metrics

Required Qualifications:

3+ years recruiting technical talent for a Federal technology government consulting firm
Experience building and executing recruitment plans for Federal government funded contracts
Understanding of recruitment tools and technology, including AI for automation
Intermediate Greenhouse ATS experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
