Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Lead (Technical & GTM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, support, and operations
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and build structured interview loops
  • Build recruiting infrastructure and track funnel metrics to report insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech startups
  • Technical recruiting experience with a strong understanding of assessing engineers
  • Experience in recruiting for go-to-market roles such as AEs, SDRs, and Ops
  • Ability to run searches end-to-end without coordinator support
  • Organized operator who thrives in ambiguity and builds systems from scratch
