Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Lead (Technical & GTM).
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, sales, support, and operations
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and build structured interview loops
- Build recruiting infrastructure and track funnel metrics to report insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech startups
- Technical recruiting experience with a strong understanding of assessing engineers
- Experience in recruiting for go-to-market roles such as AEs, SDRs, and Ops
- Ability to run searches end-to-end without coordinator support
- Organized operator who thrives in ambiguity and builds systems from scratch
