Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting leadership experience
• 6+ years of total recruiting experience
• Proven success in partnering with senior leaders and leading process improvements
• Experience in operationalizing engineering or technical recruiting at scale
• Track record of developing high-performing teams with a collaborative leadership style
