Job Summary

Managing full-cycle technical and senior-level recruiting, the remote or hybrid Technical Recruiting Manager will oversee requisitions from intake to offer, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and senior-level roles, ensuring accountability for outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to minimize reliance on external agencies
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create structured interview processes and scorecards that effectively predict candidate performance

Required qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, including engineering, product, and data roles
• Proven track record in senior and executive search processes
• Hands-on familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems
• Active use of AI tools in recruiting workflows
• Metrics-driven approach to managing recruitment processes and outcomes
