Job Summary
To support a growing technical recruitment team, the remote Technical Recruiting Sourcer will source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates for technical roles while building talent pipelines and partnering with recruiters to meet staffing needs.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical roles, delivering shortlists to hiring teams
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking and community engagement
- Partner with recruiters to clarify role requirements and define sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting search or sourcing experience
- Experience sourcing technical roles and proficiency in Boolean search techniques
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools
- Strong networking skills and ability to communicate an employment value proposition
