Job Summary

Partnering with hiring managers and leadership, the full-time remote Technical Recruiting Specialist will manage end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, focusing on passive technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
  • Source and recruit professional-level candidates for funded and proposal requisitions, building quality talent pipelines
  • Track recruiting activities and metrics to ensure compliance with hiring regulations and continuous improvement of sourcing processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including candidate identification and evaluation
  • Experience in building sourcing strategies targeted at passive candidates
  • Proficient in writing job descriptions and advertisements
  • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
