Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruitment Consultant, Spanish Speaking - US, Canada & Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including candidate assessment, initial phone screens, and interview facilitation
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and anticipate client needs through market research
• Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to present strong talent for open positions

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client focus with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, including MS Office and applicant tracking systems
• Experience in executing recruitment strategies and managing client relationships
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing directions and priorities
