Technical Repair Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Repair Estimator for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review photos and documentation to assess damage and determine repair vs. replacement scope
• Prepare detailed repair estimates and manage a high-volume queue efficiently
• Ensure estimates meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in construction estimating, cabinetry/millwork, or property restoration/mitigation
• Strong understanding of construction materials and finishes
• Experience writing estimates and interpreting scopes/photos
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with estimating tools such as Xactimate or Symbility is preferred
