Technical Representative

Job Summary

Technical Representative, a full-time salaried position, is responsible for performing technical inspections, conducting leak investigations, and assisting with warranty repairs in the commercial roofing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical inspections of commercial roofing applications for warranty coverage
• Perform leak investigations and make minor repairs to prevent roof leaks
• Educate customers on specifications needed for warranty applications and assist in training contractors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a minimum of 4 years active duty; or a High School Diploma with at least 4 years in the construction industry
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry
• Must possess a current driver's license
• Ability to travel overnight 10-15% of the time
• Must adhere to safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
