Technical Requirements Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of a mission-critical Department of Veterans Affairs cloud platform, the full-time remote Technical Requirements Analyst will manage requirements and service requests, document capabilities, and track platform dependencies.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain VA-approved policies and procedures for processing requirements and service requests using Jira
• Monitor and report on service request response times against defined SLA standards, producing regular trend reports
• Provide stakeholder training on requirements and service request intake procedures at least once per Program Increment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business administration, systems engineering, or a related field
• Five years of experience in technical requirements management and analysis
• Proven experience establishing and managing service request intake processes using Jira
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile ceremonies and their relationship to requirements management
• Active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance or eligibility for one
