Key Responsibilities

• Execute various use cases to collect data for AI engine support
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate AI performance against user data
• Create and execute prompts while providing documentation for AI failures

Required Qualifications

• Experience in QA or data analysis
• Preferred prior work experience or college studies in AI
• Technical aptitude in spreadsheets, email/calendar, and project management tools
• Ability to learn new software programs on the job
• Strong organization and time management skills
