Technical Research Sourcer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer - Research (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage elite researchers in areas like Diffusion Models, Transformers, Multimodality, and RL
• Own the top-of-funnel for senior industry experts, PhD interns, and New Grad researchers
• Support sourcing and mapping for top AI conferences to build long-term relationships with the global research community

Required Qualifications

• 0.5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting
• Solid understanding of the Foundational Model landscape or willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to use data to track progress and adjust sourcing strategies
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience navigating ArXiv, Google Scholar, and OpenReview is a plus
