Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Resolution Supervisor (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and support to a team of 12-15 Technical Resolution Specialists
  • Oversee the development and administration of training procedures and policies
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and improve customer experience


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years of customer service or technical support experience, preferably in a technology-based environment
  • 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in an inbound contact center
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern virtual communication platforms
