Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support to a team of 12-15 Technical Resolution Specialists
- Oversee the development and administration of training procedures and policies
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of customer service or technical support experience, preferably in a technology-based environment
- 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in an inbound contact center
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern virtual communication platforms
