Technical Review Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Technical Review Specialist will review contractor invoices related to property claims, ensuring compliance with industry standards while collaborating with adjusters and contractors to resolve any discrepancies.
Key responsibilities
- Complete detailed reviews of claims against industry standards to identify potential deviations
- Coordinate with adjusters and contractors to discuss and resolve issues related to completed work
- Create estimates and sketches within Xactimate to facilitate the claims settlement process
Required qualifications
- A high school diploma/GED is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferable
- Previous call center experience in a 24/7 environment
- Ability to work independently and seek support as needed
- Strong customer service skills for effective interaction with stakeholders
- Reliable high-speed home internet connection with specified minimum speeds
