Working remotely, the full-time Technical Reviewer II - Food Production will conduct technical reviews, make certification decisions, and provide expertise related to audit scope and certification schemes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review audit reports and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct independent certification decision reviews to ensure compliance with certification requirements
- Perform application reviews to verify client information and appropriate certification scheme identification
Required qualifications
- University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline
- Completion of SQF Auditing SQF Systems training or a registered Management System Lead Auditor training course
- Lead Auditor course in BRC, FSSC 22000, or IFS
- Five years of work experience in the food industry, food handling, processing, or manufacturing
- Training in HACCP principles based on Codex Alimentarius guidelines
