Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sales Development Representative in Guatemala.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding sales service and support to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product demonstrations and communicate product features and technical value
  • Guide clients through technical sales discussions and manage full-cycle sales to meet revenue targets
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT or SaaS sales, preferably in B2B environments
  • Experience with outbound sales, including cold calling and lead qualification
  • Deep technical understanding of data integration, cloud technologies, and SaaS-based solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer needs and market signals
  • MBA preferred but not required
