Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Technical Sales Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical sales point of contact for worldwide sales leadership and ensure technical insights are included in business decisions
  • Lead and coach the technical sales team while ensuring role-based technical sales enablement for regional teams
  • Coordinate communications between product and enablement teams to drive tailored materials for upcoming products
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical sales or sales management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating technical insights into business decisions and strategies
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of the industry landscape
  • Proven experience in leading and managing diverse technical sales teams
