Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Sales Enablement Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement training needs for the Sales Engineering organization
- Develop and optimize training materials and processes across various departments to enhance Sales Engineer effectiveness
- Assess training effectiveness through data collection and reporting, while creating new training offerings as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a sales engineer, preferably in cybersecurity
- 4+ years of experience in developing educational materials for technical sellers
- Experience in creating technical enablement materials and understanding competencies in cybersecurity sales
- Demonstrable project and program management skills with experience in a global organization
- Familiarity with curriculum design software and learning management systems
