Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sales Enablement Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement training needs for the Sales Engineering organization
  • Develop and optimize training materials and processes across various departments to enhance Sales Engineer effectiveness
  • Assess training effectiveness through data collection and reporting, while creating new training offerings as needed


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales engineer, preferably in cybersecurity
  • 4+ years of experience in developing educational materials for technical sellers
  • Experience in creating technical enablement materials and understanding competencies in cybersecurity sales
  • Demonstrable project and program management skills with experience in a global organization
  • Familiarity with curriculum design software and learning management systems
