Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sales Enablement Lead (Cybersecurity) to enhance technical capabilities within their go-to-market organization and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and improve the technical training program for Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and channel partners
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine the technical onboarding program for new hires and assist with competitive intelligence materials
  • Develop and deliver technical enablement materials for partners and customers, ensuring alignment with product updates and feedback
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in technical training, sales enablement, or related roles with a technical training focus
  • Experience designing and delivering technical training curricula for enterprise B2B audiences
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions such as SIEM, CTI, or SOAR
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured training content
  • Experience administering LMS platforms and facilitating training workshops for technical audiences
