Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Sales Enablement Manager to support the technical enablement of their Revenue team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and run the sales engineer onboarding program and technical onboarding for other roles
- Partner with revenue leadership to identify skill gaps and develop training programs
- Create and maintain technical sales enablement resources, including training materials and content libraries
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in the software/technical industry, preferably in Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering
- Experience developing enablement content in various formats such as presentations and eLearning
- Proven track record in program management and training delivery for technical audiences
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks
- Experience managing a Learning Management System
