Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sales Enablement Manager to support the technical enablement of their Revenue team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and run the sales engineer onboarding program and technical onboarding for other roles
  • Partner with revenue leadership to identify skill gaps and develop training programs
  • Create and maintain technical sales enablement resources, including training materials and content libraries
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in the software/technical industry, preferably in Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering
  • Experience developing enablement content in various formats such as presentations and eLearning
  • Proven track record in program management and training delivery for technical audiences
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience managing a Learning Management System
