Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support Mid to Enterprise clients in evaluating business and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop technical presentations, demos, and POCs for customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide support
• Research and modify products to meet customer technical needs and provide training to the sales team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
• 5 years of experience in IT software with knowledge of databases, CRM, and programming languages
• Good understanding of APIs and experience with testing tools like Postman
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot
• Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in business processes
