Job Summary
To support Mid to Enterprise clients, the full-time remote Technical Sales Engineer will evaluate business and product requirements, prepare technical presentations, and collaborate with customer and sales teams to drive new features and provide sales support.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and developing technical presentations and demos to explain products or services to customers
- Collaborating with customers and sales teams to understand requirements and provide technical sales support
- Researching and modifying products to meet technical requirements and addressing customer issues with installed products
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in IT software, with knowledge of databases, CRM, and programming languages
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot CRM platforms
- Good understanding of APIs and Postman for testing and integration
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in business processes
